An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Sohail Sikander started his career at yousaf Adil Saleem & Co. (A member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) where he gained rich  versatile experience  of audit in banks and non-banks, merger and acquisition assignments of financial institutions etc. Sohail Sikander then moved on to Dawood Family Takaful Limited as CFO after which he joined DIBL. His areas of expertise include financial control, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, tax accounting and setting up a robust governance structure.
