Mr.Thameem Ghouse is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (UK). In addition to that he is also a Certified Financial Consultant, (CFC) Designation USA. He also possesses a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka.

He is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Unicorn International Islamic Bank, Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Unicorn Investment Bank B.S.C.(c).

Mr. Ghouse has vast experience in Corporate Finance, Business Commerce, Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury and Financial Control.

Prior to that, his services were extended to several foreign conglomerates in wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, oil, automotive and financial and investment.

Being one of the founding members of Unicorn Investment Bank B.S.C. © Bahrain, Mr. Ghouse was a team member in the setting up of Unicorn Investment Bank B.S.C. © Bahrain including raising equity capital of USD101 million. He is also a member of ALCO and Management Executive Committee of Unicorn Investment Bank B.S.C. (c).
